The Home Evaluation

Most valuations answer one question. This one answers two.

What it is worth. A real value range, built from what has actually closed near you this year. Not a portal estimate produced by something that has never been inside your house. I build it myself, line by line.

Whether it still fits. A read on how your home works against how you actually live in it. Where it costs you something every day. Where it loses a buyer who is walking through it for the first time.

The second half is the one nobody sends you, and it is usually the one that decides what happens next. A house that will not sell and a house that no longer fits are two different problems with two different answers. Only one of them is about price.

There is no cost, it takes about two business days, and no obligation of any kind is attached to it. If you decide to stay, it tells you what is worth fixing and what is not. If you decide to sell, you will know exactly what you are working with before anyone puts a sign in the yard.

A few fields. I read every one of these myself, and you will hear back from me rather than from an automated sequence.

Sell or Stay?

Worth a conversation before it is worth a listing

If you would rather just talk it through first, that works too.
